We found this activity challenging because we got mixed up with the height and the length of the two classroom doors.

              Why is our school an important place in our        Community?

 It is good to have a school in our community because we can go there to learn maths and writing.It is a multipurpose learning centre. It is a safe and happy learning community.

You can learn how to play tennis,how to play mini golf, how to play rugby,baseball at our school.

In our  school we have a big hall we use it for assembly, prize giving and sometimes kiwisports and someone's birthday and whanau meetings there.

In our school we have a big field we use it for rugby games, baseball, cross country and for softball.In our school you can get netbooks for 560$ but you can just pay 40$ but you can't bring it home you can get a ipad if you don’t have a netbook.

In our school we have a office. you can come to the office if your teacher asks you to come and get something from the office.And you can come to the office if you get hurt.

In our school we have a court we use it for volleyball,netball.

GI Libary

Why is the GI library an important place in our community?

Our GI library is important to our community because  all the books inside help you to find information about what your learning.

Gi library is a place where people come to read and they learn from reading.there are different books like school journals,junior  journals and stuff.

Our gi library helps us with our community because it has books for us to read and learn about information that  we need to find out about.

The gi library has thousands of books for anyone to read.

Fitness challenge

Today room 10 had a fitness challenge.we challenged the other houses in our class.the rata house was represented by mahoney,sarah,ngakiri,dyson,lesieli,,jeziah and me

The first activity was running.we ran three labs around the court.our house complete the run 2 minute and 10 second.

The second activity was push ups the best push ups participant was tangimetua and the best female was candice and kalo.

then we all did sit up’s.this activity was very challenging.i felt health up  after this activity.

Next we took part in the shuttle run .we had to sprint to the centre of the court and back to our base for this activity.it was very tiring.

Finally we gathered at the starting point to decide on the scores.then we went back to our classroom to tally the scores.

I felt very healthy and fit after this challenge.

We will try our best to take our time for the next challenge.
